We understand that there are situations you may need to cancel your IV and we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Your drip treatment is freshly made and the appointment is set aside for you, therefore, if your cancellation is less than 6 hours in advance or you are unable to attend your drip then you will lose one of the sessions from your package.
